Superior Linen is just that … Superior!! I have been working with Superior Linen since 2006 and have always been well taken care of. They have a unique way of making you feel as though you are their most valued client and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
Their office staff is one of the friendliest in town, Colleen sounds like she is smiling every time she answers the phone! Even Chad, our delivery driver, is outgoing, engaging and always friendly. He is always accommodating with emergency situations or last minute orders and practically knows everyone here by first name. He makes it a point to get to know his clients and make them feel important. He truly enjoys his job, as it shows with his upbeat, positive attitude he displays every Mon/Wed/Fri. Of course there will be those exceptional times when you need to speak to a manager to arrange something special or have a last minute drop off of supplies and let me be the first to admit, those situations can make or break your business if they are not met with the same urgency on the suppliers end. Superior Linen understands this more than any other vendor I work with. The supervisors and managers have personally brought linen to the restaurant to insure we had what we needed to make it through the shift. Gordie and John are the easiest people to work with. Customer service is their priority and there is no mistaking that. You can’t go wrong working with a vendor that always puts their clients first and cares not only about their business but the success of their clients as well.
